Attention to all Youth Competitive Clubs;

EMSA has recently determined a qualifying tournament will be held to decide the teams entering the U13 WOISL and U14 WRSL divisions for outdoor 2024 (Regional League).  Please review the attached applications for details on EMSA spots, qualifications required to apply for the spots and EMSA’s selection process for the outdoor 2024 season.

EMSA is aware that the Regional League structure may be changing with Ontario Soccer’s introduction of the Integrated Model (IModel).  The IModel has not been implemented in our region yet and in the meantime, EMSA will be working with WRSL to ensure that teams selected are competitive.
