OS BULLETIN COVID-19 Cancellation and Postponement Notice Update  Please note that EMSA recommends that district teams (EMDSL, MMSL, WOSL, LAWSL) do not register players into OSCAR as of yet as it is unclear if the season is shortened, will fees be pro rated or not.  Feel free to register staff  and enter NCCP# in comment box so the district can start to review/approve.
