EXHIBITION GAMES!
When coaches in different districts decide they wish to play an exhibition game, they must apply for the hosting and/or travel immediately to their respecitve clubs and districts. The districts will communicate the approvals in order for the game to take place. Rarely will an exhibition game be denied (unless the team or participants have a negative history).
IN ORDER TO HOST AN EXHIBITION GAME
YOU MUST APPLY FOR THE GAME AND INCLUDE ALL TEAMS THAT WILL BE PLAYING
HAVE YOUR CLUB APPROVE THE HOSTING OF THE GAME AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE GAME
(this allows time for corrections to be made- and for the other teams to get approval from their club's district.)
ALL TEAMS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ORDER TO PLAY THESE GAMES
IT IS YOUR CLUB'S BEST INTEREST TO MAKE SURE THE OTHER TEAMS ARE REGISTERED AND HAVE APPROVAL FOR THESE GAMES
THIS GAMESHEET MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE EMSA OFFICE UPON COMPLETION OF THE GAME
EXHIBITION GAMES BETWEEN CLUBS/TEAMS IN THE SAME DISTRICT ARE TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEND AN E-MAIL TO THE DISTRICT OFFICE WITH THE NAMES OF THE CLUBS/TEAMS PARTICIPATING,THE LOCATION AND DATE OF THE GAME. EACH CLUB MUST SEND APPROVAL FOR THEIR TEAM TO PARTICIPATE. REFEREES WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED TO THESE GAMES UNLESS THEY ARE APPROVED.
THIS GAMESHEET MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE EMSA OFFICE UPON COMPLETION OF THE GAME
