2012 District Tournaments
APPLICATION TO HOST A TOURNAMENT(S)
TOURNAMENT APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Clubs wishing to host a tournament must complete the
and submit it with the application (TAF), tournament rules and the applicable fees.
Clubs will be given a tournament binder with information and forms. All of the tournament information is to be kept in the binder and returned to EMSA with the
within 30 days of completion of the tournament. Discipline Reports are to be submitted within 3 days of completion of the tournament.
