WHEN: Sunday, September 27, 2020 registration at1230pm, meeting commences 100pm
WHERE: BMO Centre – 295 Rectory Street, London, ON
Due to COVID-19 and London Middlesex public health directives, we will be making make spacing
adjustments for compliance and above all, provide a safe environment and choice for
delegates who have chosen to attend in person. Further details on this will follow.
Vote Tallies for this AGM would have been based on the 2020 Outdoor season and Indoor 2019/20 season's EMSA fee retention. Due to COVID 19 and in consultation of legal advise it has been determined that the number of Votes each club will receive will be based on EMSA fee retention from Outdoor 2019 and Indoor 2019/20.

Nominations for Board Positions must be received in writing by midnight August 27, 2020. Nominations should include the name of the nominee, the club or league making the nomination, and the position being nominated for. Nominees are to accept the nomination.

Nominations will only be accepted from a District Club or League in good standing. A list of nominations will be published 15 days prior to the AGM. Nominees can provide a resume and/or a letter of position that will be posted 15 days prior to the AGM.
The above positions are elected by ballot for a two-year term.
